  • When coming in to register anything in the MOSES system (Boats, ATV’s, Hunting/Fishing licenses) please bring in your​​ previous​​ registration or license. ​​ This ensures that the correct registration is being done. ​​ You will also need to bring in your current driver’s license or unexpired State ID at time of registration. ​​ 

 

  • Please note that it is unlawful to register an oversized ATV in Maine. ​​ An ATV is considered oversized if it exceeds 65 inches in width/and or weighs more than 2,000 pounds, based on the manufacturer's specifications.
